  • For the overall safety of our travelers:

    • We request each guest be vaccinated if possible, but it is not required for travel.

    • We require each guest to bring Covid self-test to use in the case of experiencing symptoms.

    • If you test positive for Covid while on retreat, we request you obtain your own private room to quarantine. Inquire as to your coverage regarding Covid with your travel insurance carrier.

    In case a positive Covid test prevents you from traveling to the retreat:

    • We request all guests obtain travel insurance that may cover your retreat expenses in the case of Covid. (Please check with your insurance carrier for your insurance coverage.)

    In case the retreat is postponed:

    • If we must postpone your retreat due to Covid restrictions, we will put your credit toward any retreat through end of 2024 or 12 months from your original retreat start date.

    • Your travel insurance may (depending on coverage) recover all costs associated with your trip.

    We strongly recommend travel insurance for every retreat. Not only do you get coverage for medical emergencies and evacuations, you also protect your trip investment from unexpected cancellations.

    Important to know:

    • Travel insurance is best purchased within 21 days of booking your retreat for greater options.

    • There are several different types of trip insurance that may apply for you (see below).

    Types of coverage available:

    • Trip Cancellation Insurance

    Covers your trip investment from unexpected cancellations that stem from sickness, injury, or a host of other reasons.

    • Cancel for Any Reason Insurance

    Cancel for Any Reason is an optional upgrade available with many Trip Cancellation plans. It gives you more flexibility and control over your trip, so you can cancel for reasons otherwise not covered by your plan.

    • Annual Plans & Evacuation Memberships

    For frequent flyers, these plans are a great option because you're covered for the entire year!

  • YOUR DEPOSIT:

    Your initial deposit in non-refundable and reserves your spot on any retreat. Your deposit is non-refundable; however, it is transferrable to another retreat provided you cancel at least 90 days prior to the start of the retreat.

    You may apply your deposit toward any other retreat through 2024. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member.

    YOUR BALANCE:

    Full payment for your retreat is due 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. At 90 days prior to your retreat, there are no refunds for any reason. If you must cancel within this 90-day period, you will need to contact your travel insurance company for reimbursements.

    IF YOU CANCEL:

    Up until 90 days prior to your retreat, you may transfer your credit to another retreat through 2024. You may also gift your credit to a friend or family member.

    At 90 days prior to retreat, there are no refunds or credits. Your room and tour has already been paid to our vendors. Euphoria Retreats cannot offer refunds for any reason (Covid, injury, illness, death, etc). For this reason, we highly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.

    To officially cancel, you must send an email to Euphoria Retreats stating that you wish to cancel to hello@euphoriaretreats.com.

    IF THE RETREAT IS CANCELLED DUE TO EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

    If we are forced to postpone or cancel your retreat due to a significant event that makes it infeasible to operate the retreat as planned (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, manmade disasters, Covid, disease, travel restrictions, etc.) Euphoria Retreats will credit you toward a future Euphoria Retreat with the following options:

    • Your credit is to be used within 1 year from the date of your original retreat date.

    • Credit is transferrable to family or friends, but is not transferrable to a guest who is already registered on a Euphoria Retreat.

    CHANGES TO TRAVEL:

    We will make every effort to operate all retreats as advertised. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the retreat or make reasonable substitutions as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, our liability, if any, shall be limited to and liquidated by a credit to each prospective participant.

    Euphoria Retreats will not be responsible for any refund for airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE:

    Travel insurance is recommended to be purchased within 21 days of booking your retreat.
