Dear Yogis!

I never imagined our trip together would be quite so wonderful as it was! Practicing yoga daily and climbing to the Tiger’s Nest – every last one of us – not to mention Dorji’s baboon bottom jokes pretty much show’s us all that is good in life; taking care of each other, dedicating ourselves and laughing! So THANK YOU ALL for being yourselves and sharing in the amazing journey. It was a pleasure to be with ALL of you.

A list of inspiring books and music follows under. I recommend the Jivamukti book as a good starting ground for all aspects of practice, Sharon Salzburg’s ‘Loving Kindness’ is quite simply life changing. Jack Kornfield’s ‘A Path With Heart’ is excellent both post-retreat and for delving a little more into sitting and generally getting quieter. Richard Freeman’s book is incredible but dense! Many of the authors/translators/publishers have other works that are worthwhile too… enjoy… but really… steady practice is enough 😉

Until our paths cross once more… keep listening in…

With steadiness, spaciousness & much Love  ~  Josie
