The New Body ~ New Life health retreat was everything I had hoped, and more! It wasn't just yoga and fitness class like you could get at a gym; instead it focused on daily health habits, exercises, recipes and nutritional information that you could take home and integrate in the daily life. Healthy hedonism" set the tone for a playful week of yoga and mindfulness, laughter and connection. Each morning, Gayle guided us through blissful meditation, followed by a combination of vinyasa flow and stretch sequences.
