We combine a program of daily yoga, Pilates and breathing exercises that strengthen, sculpt and energize your body while relaxing and focusing your mind. Delicious, gourmet food prepared from fresh, locally-sourced produce provides a balance of indulgence and sustenance, making every meal a guilt-free pleasure.

Our entire program addresses the relationship between body and mind, ourselves and others. Our work ranges from heart-opening yoga postures to activities that explore our experience of communicating and relating, helping us understand and address deep, personal issues and fears that keep us from experiencing the love that we want.

Our physical, mental and sexual energy all flow from the same source. During the Wild Women retreats we explore our this dynamic to understand what it means to feel alive, what it takes to express our femininity while being powerful and authentic and to see the beauty in our vulnerability.

Spirituality means different things to different people. On Wild Women Retreats, we reflect on the spiritual aspects of our lives, and the things we hold sacred; whether we practice devotion and compassion as part of an established tradition, in service to others, or simply by contemplating and being absorbed by the beauty of art, nature or music.
