FLOW OF THE DAY
MORNINGS begin with fresh coconut juice and a serenity walk around the lush gardens. Our morning yoga finds us in the beautiful open-air yoga shala flowing through a fusion of Hatha-Vinyasa-Iyengar that weaves in pranayama, music and meditation. After yoga enjoy a delicious tropical brunch of fresh mango, papaya, coconut. . .
AFTERNOONS are free to swim, spa or luxuriate in a long afternoon siesta! Get out on the water with snorkeling or diving, or stay on site to enjoy the pool area, treat yourself to a massage, or hike around the region for spectacular views while discovering the flora and fauna of the land. For a taste of culture, head into the little town of Pemuteran for lunch, browse shops and strolling.
EVENINGS arrive with a relaxing sunset yoga practice of restoratives, pranayama and meditation. A delicious dinner will be artfully prepared by our personal villa chef, or nearby restaurants to taste the local recipes, flavors and ingredients.

YOGA CLASSES WITH GAYLE OLSON
Join Exotic Yoga Retreats founder Gayle Olson for sunrise and sunset yoga, blending traditions of hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga. Whether fiery and energetic or soft and receptive, the practice will include Gayle’s trademark hands-on massage adjustments, and encourage you to maintain a strong, meditative focus on your breath — and on the joy of yoga. Gayle has been teaching world-wide for more than twenty years and is author of the Women’s Guide to Yoga & Fitness.

Our villa is nestled amid the striking contrast of volcanic mountain ranges and dazzling coral reefs of Pemuteran Bay on the northern coast of Bali, a more secluded area of the island that is off the tourist track yet famous for world-class diving. Unwind and restore in this peaceful paradise, relishing in the simplicity of natural landscapes, meditative yoga and the warm waters of Bali. Find Zen in tropical, frangipani-laden gardens on the villa property and savor breath-taking views from private outdoor pool and terraces. Enjoy island living in your two-story villa complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchen, library and lounge.
